Taylor & Chang Removals plans and carries out office relocations across London and Surrey — from two-desk studios to full-floor moves. We're based in Sutton, and because we work 7 days a week from 7am to 8pm, most office moves happen when your business is closed: Friday evening, over the weekend, or before the working day starts.
An office move is a logistics job before it's a lifting job. We walk the space first, agree a plan and a fixed price, and label everything against a floor plan of the new office — so every crate, chair and screen arrives at the right desk, not in a pile by the lift.
Desks and workstations are dismantled and rebuilt, monitors and PCs travel in protective packing with cables bagged and labelled per desk, and filing goes into sealed crates so nothing gets separated from its owner. Your IT provider reconnects at the other end; we make sure everything they need is exactly where it should be.
Every commercial move is covered by full goods-in-transit and public liability insurance, and we can provide the documentation your building management or landlord asks for before work starts.

Every crate, chair and screen gets a numbered label matched to a floor plan of the new office. Each item is placed at its mapped desk or room, and the inventory is checked off as the van is unloaded — so nothing goes missing between buildings.
